Curiosity brought me into this field, and I couldn’t be more grateful for it. I always wanted to work in the medical field, just never exactly knew what it was, so I did my research and stumbled upon massage, and that’s when I knew this was the career path for me. Not only are my hands a tool to help someone else, but I also get to see the progress in their health. Working as a massage therapist has been a fantastic experience. I’ve learned so much about the human anatomy and its functions, which help me better understand the massage techniques that work best for each client. Types of therapy I offer:
- Clinical work
- Trigger point therapy
- Deep tissue
- Craniosacral therapy
- Relaxation therapy (non-focused massage to loosen up and rejuvenate the muscles)

“My approach to massage is bringing awareness to the human body and making sure one’s mind and body are on the same page. Muscle tension reflects stress; our muscles become tense to protect themselves from injury or pain. I am huge on bringing awareness in understanding that mental stress can become physical stress.
Our muscles need as much attention as possible and as a massage therapist, it is my job to help my clients raise awareness of our body and find what’s best for them to prevent muscle tension.“
