I am Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker currently pursuing a Ph.D. in depth psychology. I also have extensive experience with cognitive behavioral therapy. I am passionate about providing the highest quality individualized therapy in order to help you move toward the freedom to allow you to live with more tools and less stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. I have been privileged to watch the people with whom I work make life transformations, paradigm shifts, and create new ways of thinking; usually without the use of prescription medications.
Through formal and informal education I have gained expertise in how we can impact negative emotions, feelings, and moods. I have learned how the simple, but not easy, changes to every day routines can have radical effects on life. And, most importantly, I have learned and seen that within each person is the ability to change.
I am dedicated to finding solutions you can use in your life to deal with your issues and struggles. And I am committed to doing it in a way that is respectful and compassionate so you can continue on your journey toward healing, peace, and resilience.
