I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who offers space and support with a holistic and integrative approach to promote resiliency and change.
 
I provide individual, family, and couple’s therapy to support people, and help you move forward from what is holding you back, and the challenges that are impacting you. I support clients through evidence-based practices, trauma informed approaches, and through expressive arts to support your journey.
 
I am continuously growing and finding the best ways to enhance what I offer to my clients. I believe everyone has their own path, and respect where each person is on their path.
