Erica Wickoda LGSW Therapist

Are you looking for a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences and meet your goals? Are you feeling low, anxious, on edge, or having a hard time after something traumatic happened? I meet you where you are with compassion and warmth, helping you make sense of your unique story and providing support as you face life’s challenges. My framework is intersectional, anti-racist, and feminist. I work with you to co-create a healing environment that supports your growth and helps you thrive.

I help teens and adults faced with depression, anxiety, trauma, gender exploration, and emerging sexual identities. I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma and uncover their resiliency and power. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Cognitive Processing Therapy, and am licensed in Minnesota and Washington.

As a white, bisexual, cisgender therapist, I am committed to working with clients who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I care deeply about honoring your intersecting identities, your experiences of marginalization, and the ways you have found connection, resilience, and joy. Please contact me if you think we might be a good fit for one another!
