My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you feel heard and supported. Our sessions are a place where you can reflect and process. I deeply believe that before healing can happen a relationship must be built. I will work with you to create an authentic relationship through collaboration, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. I hope to act as a guide to help you navigate through your thoughts, emotions and experience.
I use a warm and person centered approach to therapy. At the core of this approach is the belief that individuals have the capacity and desire to grow and heal. Along with this approach, I utilize an array of modalities to support you.
I have a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. I am currently working toward my master’s degree in social work at St. Catherine University. I have experience working with adults, early childhood, and elementary school-aged children through previous and current internships.

“I have experience working with adolescents and older adults. I enjoy seeing human development across the lifespan and supporting clients throughout the changes in their lives. I work with clients living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and those struggling with isolation and other anxiety-related environmental factors due to the recent pandemic. I believe that all client experiences deserve to be honored.”
